Eligibility

Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods or if items do not match the description on your order confirmation.

We are a business-to-business supplier; therefore we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or unsold stock unless agreed in writing.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels/tags attached.
Timeframe

Notify us of any issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Approved returns must be received by us within 14 days of authorisation.
Process

Order number

Style codes / quantities
-
Reason for return & clear photos (if damaged/faulty).

Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) if eligible.

Ship items securely, quoting the RA number on the package.
Refunds / Credits

After inspection, we will:

Issue a replacement where available; or
-
Provide a credit note or refund to your original payment method (whichever you prefer).

Shipping costs are refundable only if the goods were faulty or shipped in error.
Non-returnable items

Clearance / sale stock labelled Final Sale.

Garments not in resalable condition.

Products returned without prior approval.
Responsibility

Until received at our warehouse, goods remain the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked courier.
