Refund policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods or if items do not match the description on your order confirmation.

  • We are a business-to-business supplier; therefore we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or unsold stock unless agreed in writing.

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels/tags attached.

Timeframe

  • Notify us of any issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be received by us within 14 days of authorisation.

Process

  1. Email KK@kurtmuller.com with:

    • Order number

    • Style codes / quantities

    • Reason for return & clear photos (if damaged/faulty).

  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) if eligible.

  3. Ship items securely, quoting the RA number on the package.

Refunds / Credits

  • After inspection, we will:

    • Issue a replacement where available; or

    • Provide a credit note or refund to your original payment method (whichever you prefer).

  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the goods were faulty or shipped in error.

Non-returnable items

  • Clearance / sale stock labelled Final Sale.

  • Garments not in resalable condition.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

Responsibility

  • Until received at our warehouse, goods remain the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked courier.
